again, 3.1 run/walk on treadmill. I was dreading it this morning...but I am glad I did it.
One more day on treadmill and I'm on vacation ....so I'll get to do some outdoor beach runs!
Saw my chiro this morning and did some work on the Alter-G - walked and jogged a little to warm up at 100% body weight and then took it down to 80% and ran for about 8 minutes at a pace just below my 5K PR pace. It was so easy! So a nice opportunity to work on form and stride, without the full weight. Going faster seems so effortless, like gliding. Didn't play too long though, because I had to do an interval run as well, so just cranked that out. 20 min warmup,5 x 2 min fast, with 1 min jog, 10 min cooldown.
4.7 miles and weight work
6 miles.
3 more easy miles after work just because.
13.6k in a light sleet. Felt okay.
