Eight miles with 10 x 100m strides at 5:20 am. I'm so happy it's done and I didn't bail. Even to the point where I was out there running, considering not doing strides, considering cutting it short, and I yelled at myself that I didn't get up at 4:30am to not do the damn run.
weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike
Upper-body stuff + 5.5 miles.
Cross training on my least-favorite but most-challenging elliptical machine, for 40 min. No zoning out, you have to work your form the whole time. Blergh.
