Five miles recovery. Even though I go slow, it is rare that my recovery runs feel restful these days. I guess that proves I need them. Also, footing was treacherous with a half inch of snow over unseeable ice. It felt like I was running on a slippery beach with a little too much give. Bah.

Rest day today. Ran 6 miles yesterday (forgot to post)
Had a good day.
Out the door at 5.50am and ran a lazy 10km +
10.00am Gym - weights 40min.
11.15am Pool 2,000m just rolling the arms over.
11.5K. Another cold one this evening.
5 mile jog. My cold lingers.
Mentally don't feel like running.
Legs feel great, and I had one of my faster 2 mile tempo runs last night.
I will probably run tomorrow right after sunset, should be about 10 degrees warmer than it is now.
