I'm going to do a daytime run, I'll be back with the exciting results.
5, it was cloudy and breezy...enjoyable.
5, but not very exciting and good quality. Took some walking breaks.
7.10am fine and warm 20c
Weather starting to warm up, looks as though we will make it into the 30s
Ran a 7km around Maggies track
10.00am 45 min in the gym
The highlight of my week, watching my grandkids training at Nippers. May get in a swim while I'm there
Last semi exciting, semi long run of 16K before marathon race day on the 14th.
Weights plus 30 minutes on a recumbent bike
6 careful. I am paranoid about wiping out on ice like I did last year.

I am not very committed to it: It's 4 loops on a very boring course. I plan to run 20 and walk 10 min. It will be very cold. Long range predictions call for 15 degrees. No predictions about wind.
