Another taper rest day. Glad for it as it's freezing rain and drizzle out there for the past most of the day. Plus I was working a small half marathon this morning and had a three hour white knuckle drive back home in the freezing drizzle.
5 miles.
First run in 17 days, due to back/hip issues.
My new yak trax are freaking awesome.
4 with a bit of a holdback on the pace, I want to do tempo tomorrow with some freshness.
