first run of the year. and it certainly felt like it. not good. nope. not at all, but at least it was short.
Weights, 3.9 miles AM; rowing in the afternoon
Another lousy mile. Starting up after injury sucks.
7.75 miles. Weather was nice, and I ran well. I am a happy camper.
6 miles. Threw in some strides to shake off the lethargy, which helped.
