Not feeling well today; 2 mile walk.

6 miles easy after another lousy day at work. Thankfully I have running to keep me sane.
2 miles. Felt much better than last night.
If I had been on the track I would have gone after a 5k.
But I was on a trail with soft gravel and rocks.
It felt good to feel good.

1 did an hour today. Slow but an hour.
I ate out and when I got home felt greasy and lethargic. I've been busy this this week and haven't been disciplined about getting out there and running.
