I love the Firecracker version of Chuao chocolate. A little bit of spice, and pop rocks.
I've never heard of it, I'll have to try it.

Chuao is a region in Venezuela, and one where some of the beans come from including the ones for this chocolatier. A lot of the best chocolate beans in the world come from South America, but they're shipped back to Europe for finishing.
I will look for this one!

Yesterday I bought a fair trade dark chocolate bar with organic cinnamon candy in it. I liked the idea of it, but it smelled of that health-food-store smell and tasted far too earnest.
