My new watch didn't show up, so I had a crappy run.
5K time trial. Throat closed up during the first mile. Shut it down.
1 mile decent, walk a lap, 2 miles slow.
With the warm up jog a total of 3.3 miles. But yuck.
10K. Not the greatest feeling run, but can't complain about the beautiful Spring weather.
