16 miles. Started very muggy but thankfully fog & cool air rolled in.
finished despite what i would consider a short stride due to tight hamstrings.
i try to stretch frequently and often but i don't really feel that my stride opens up until after a couple uphills.
hard to do until i increase my distance.
Six. Breezy as hell, but really nice otherwise.
All day drizzle, rain and cold. Taking the day off. :sleep:
4.5 on a cool night.
9 miles easy. Longest run of the year. Went pretty good :runner:
As long as my foot is ok the next day.
