8 miles...tough run, while my body adjusts to a stricter calorie deficit...
9 miles. Sluggish start then got good.
12.75K. Nice Spring day again. Getting a little more hot each day.
8 mile run home from work. Left knee felt a little iffy at first but got better over the course of the run. Need to do more stretching
