I've been sweating so much that I have a heat rash on my chest. :grr:
I realize my Deep South compatriots have it much worse, but this sucks.
I am not having that problem in the north atlantic, but I almost wish I was...
It has been painfully muggy this week.
The only good thing is that I run in heat year-round, the body does acclimate.
And being near the ocean regulates temps, we never get the extreme heat, just constant 80ish.

Ran at lunchtime yesterday, since I was working at home
It was quite pleasant; not nearly as muggy as it's been lately
Yesterday was nice! Could see a HUGE difference in air temp/quality.

Actually, DC has been hotter and more humid than Tampa the past few days.
It's nice to go early to beat the heat, but I do think the humidity burns off a little later..

It's 90 degrees outside my window right now. Gotta walk home in this soup in a couple of hours.

You can *see* the air at 5AM. :grr:
It wasn't so bad after all. Tomorrow though, they are saying we may have record high temps in the area. Oh well, there's nothing like a challenge. Are we (wo)men or are we mice?
