I thought I had a 5 mile PR, by a landslide, but then I realized I had run my 4 miler...

8 miles easy.
3.5 easy
8.5 miles including:
2-mile warm up
2 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
3 miles at lactate threshold pace
4 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
2-mile cool down
Then strength routine, stretching, and foam roller.
5 mile jog-walk. Cool but clammy.
5 miles plus some weight lifting
16.5K. Last long run before Missoula Marathon on the 12th.
7.5 miles this morning. Easy, but with a few blocks of fast long striding worked in twice.
