10k time trial.
Started coughing about lap 5.
Phlegm in the throat blocking my breathing.
Coughed for 4 minutes.
Still on pace at mile 2, but gave up.
So 2 miles decent pace.
8.7K. First easy run after the marathon on Sunday.
