6 miles. The heat threw up a wall I could not scale. Frustrating.
10 miles. Hot. Should have gone out earlier. But it's done and I've had way worse runs.
Jogged 1.5 miles through the woods to the track, then did 5 x 400m repeats with 400m rest. Jogged home. It was hot, but I never forget to be grateful that I can run.
4.5 slow ones.
