It's past midnight so it is tomorrow already.
I waited until dark to do the run, hoping that it would cool down.
I guess 70 and humid is better than 80 and humid.
Half marathon in just under 2 hours 3 minutes, about 9:22 pace.
5 minutes ahead of the hot hilly race I did a couple of weeks ago.
New season best of course, and no new injuries, only the usual aches and pains,
so I am pretty happy with it. Unlike the coming week which will be pushing 90 every day.

4 x 400 meters with 400-meter jog recoveries
4 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
2-mile cool down
Brutal heat & humidity for speedwork. At one point I felt like I was in hell. But I hit all my paces, which was good.
Limping on a bad toe today, maybe I'll be able to run Thursday.
