6 very slow, very dark miles. My legs are so tired (I guess from the gym yesterday?) that this run was almost 6 minutes slower than when I ran the same route on Saturday! :yikes:

More bike. I've picked up a bit of a cold and running just wasn't gonna happen.

5.8 trail miles in an hour. Last week was 5.5 on the same trail. Slowly coming back. And no angry dogs today!
