10 miles including:
1-mile warm up
4 miles at marathon pace
1 mile at threshold pace
3 miles at marathon pace
1-mile cool down
Also ran 6 miles on Friday and 4 miles on Saturday

4 miles and hike.
Biked 20K as a the bike lead and sweep at a 5K race. Then another 10K looking for lost keys. Never did find them. :( :grr: Good thing I keep a key hidden outside the vehicle and a house key in the garage.
