Back at it.
It felt great to be at the gym this morning. Plus 4 miles. My sciatica flare up is not totally gone, but is feeling much better.

4 mile jog. Tired.
5.6 miles including:
2 mile warm up
4 x 4 minute intervals at 6:11 pace with 3-minute rests
1 mile cool down
4 miles. Nice weather, but I'd like it 10 degrees cooler.
Weights plus 7.4 miles
16K. First real run in winter conditions. 20F with blowing snow halfway through the run.
Eight with four at half pace.
