Gym stuff & 4 miles.
Weights plus 2.9 miles -- rowing later
3.5 this morning.
Waited out the rain and got a bit of a late start.
Left hammy/hip still all jacked up.
Debating either (a) keeping to the current course of yoga/stretches/run through it, or (b) biting the bullet and taking a couple weeks off.
3 miles easy. Felt easy and the foot didn't really hurt.
Can't wait for good weather.
