8 mile run. Good one but congestion remains.

Weights plus 3.8 miles
3.7 miles and 4 mile hike
4 miles easy. Was originally planning on taking more time off after an intense training cycle, but I couldn't wait any longer.
4.5 miles
morning - 2 miles easy
night - 2 miles easy
Ground is clear, but still damn cold.
Both runs at the same effort.
But night run is 30 seconds per mile faster.
Probably from increased flexibility after working all day.
