7 miles. Ran strong but feel beat up after a low mileage week for some reason. Cold and nasty winds.
Gym stuff & 10 miles on the TM because I hate strong winds so much.

I've gotten a bit of post marathon cold.
10k time trial.
Just under 55 minutes.
Good run for this time of year.
And nothing hurt too much.
