Gym stuff. Running rest day.
Last night I jogged 2 miles at about 8:50 pace.
This morning I did another 2 miles on the same route.
The same effort got me 9:40 pace.
Hard to believe being stiff and sore can cost so much time.
Warming up will have to be a bigger priority on race days.

4 miles with some unexpected speedwork when 3 teens in hoodies ambushed me. They spread out across the path so I could barely get by then chased me for a little while. Ugh.
