6 easy miles on a sore ankle. Had swelling on top of my foot for the past few days, that seems to have gone down.

Tried a 5k time trial.
Foot was sore, hammies were sore, felt heavy, and my throat closed up on me.
Warmed up .3 miles, ran 1 mile, gave up, walked a lap, jogged another mile.
Ugh. I was all set to go chariots of fire.
Maybe tomorrow.
