Weights plus 7.7 miles

5 miles. Working out with my trainer tonight.
3 miles and weights.
3.2 miles, followed by 3 x 200m strides. Then my daily pullups (9), pushups (25), situps (50) and chin-ups (9)
2 x 4 mile jogs = 8 miles.
