Weights plus 6.2 miles which included 3 striders and and very hard mile

Double workout today:
First - 5 miles at lunch.
Rowing day.
9 miles in the rain. Strong run.
5.5K. Fell and scraped my left knee real gooder. Serves me right for not paying attending when running through a construction zone at night. :wah:
