I do have a pressure cooker too, I'm trying to make a weeks worth of lunches and dinners on a Sunday while at home. Using crock pots will help me have multiple things going at once 😄

Thank you for this. It sound delicious. I always feel like you are doing the homework and I simply have to cook. This will be on our menu this week: I just bought red lentils!
