Weights plus rowing -- seasonal best by one minute at 10,000 meters
3 miles in lovely Portsmouth, RI.
First mile and a half were downhill with a tailwind. Felt great. Then I had to turn around and head back. Ugh. It is always SO windy in this area. I'm amazed that there aren't a lot more wind turbines than the few I've seen.
28 miles. Really nice day.

15K. Foot tendonitis behaved itself today. Barely felt it. Hopefully it is clearing up. Continuing to ice post run and take occasional Vitamin I.
