5.5 miles, super easy.
22K. Nice sunny day and run.

2 miles on the track. Second 2 miler since I started back up.
The lungs are still weak.
My throat doesn't like the pollen and ash that is in the air.
I'm still over 250 lbs.
The foot has had 8 months to heal, but there
is still a definite ache to it.
But, 2miles, all at once, no major problems.
