I predict both races will be won by black folk.
Small and lithe people win.
I'll go with Grete Weitz, did i spill that right? :D
DAMN I'M GOOD!
Today marked my 51st consecutive year of volunteering for (44 times) or running (7 times) this race. My first year was the famous K. Switzer 1967 year when I was handing out oranges to the runners in Framingham, where my family lived.
This year I was stationed at the mile 9 clock. Here's a couple of pics:

Nice!!! I'm working on a 3 year streak of volunteering at the Wasatch 100 myself. In other words, I'll catch up to you in miles in no time! :d
Good day for U.S. runners today in Beantown.
But where are the pictures of runners in thongs?
The thread title promised thongs :obh:

Voodoo tribute??

Hasay's 2:23 was a big surprise, everyone figured she'd be good because she's been on a roll for the past 6 months but she broke Kara Goucher's USA marathon debut record by almost 3 minutes. The US women's marathoner are very strong. And the men aren't doing bad either.
