5 mile slow jog. Lead legs.
Six mile walk.
5 road miles. Kind of 'fast'. Fast for me anyway. 11:20 min/mile average pace.
14K. First run in new Spring shoes. :)

2 miles easy.
Heavy clothes because of cold weather.
Started using a stationary bike in my routine.
15 minutes on the the bike saturday night,
good burn in the knees,
so good my right knee was still sore sunday
and I took the day off.
Mostly painfree tonight.
The burn reminded me of the knee pain from running up
a long hill, maybe twice a week on the bike is the same as
two hill work outs.
