I've lost some weight the last week, weight that I didn't necessarily want to lose.
3 miles on the beach. Beautiful out today.
Cool and damp, but no wind, perfect.

I was going for 5 miles,
but the knees started to burn
like I was running up hill.
Cut it short to be safe.
Everything is actually pretty good.
The sore knees are probably from the
windy run last night and the biking.
Also I need new shoes.
But the foot is mostly pain free.

Easy six miles.
