Weights plus recumbent bike
Easy five miles.
3.2 gross hot humid disgusting miles.
4 miles
10K dusk run to get out of some of the heat and humidity. Found a pair of 8" needle nose pliers.
Waited until dusk so it wasn't so hot.
It was still hot.
Shut it down after 5 laps.
Walked a lap, jogged another mile.
25 minutes on the bike.
Afterwards I was at my lowest weight this year.
I'm clearly in shape to go 8 flat for 2 miles,
I just don't have the gumption to tough it out in the heat.
Just 2, wasn't feeling it.
