Went out for my long run.
Something went wrong.
Even at 11pm it was still nearly 70 degrees.
And I felt like I had low blood suger.
I had eaten a snack about an hour before the run,
something I don't normally do.
So I was feeling weak and started overheating.
Shut it down at 3 miles. Call it a step back week.
Saw 231 on the scale, down 24 pounds in 18 weeks,
so still making good progress.
I did 3.2 miles followed by 4 x 200m strides.
