One decent pace, walk break, one easy pace.
Our running clubs annual 200 m and 1 mile challenge. I won the 200 as usual although my time was only 31.30. ( I ran a sub 30 at nationals a year ago for perspective).
I'm not going to post what my 1 mile time was. 🙂
