9 miles, good run. Cool but humid + 10 miles cycling

Rowing day.
Double workout today. First 5 miles at lunch. Later on an insanity workout.
6 miles before work and weights at lunch. I've been doing a few minutes of the stationary rower and totally digging it.
Two and weights.
I'll jump in for a once in a blue moon Tuesday--
7.5 mile tempo on bike path, 1% grade and into light headwind up (6:40s pace) and 6:12 pace or so coming back - final pace 6:30. With warm up and cool down 10.7 for the day, total avg. 7:03.
I'll catch up with a daily post in 2019 or 2020 if I survive that long.
29K bike commute.
3 miles easy. 10 minutes biking.
Still achy from Sunday's long run.
