A surprisingly spry 5 + 10 miles cycling.

Showed up for strength class after a year hiatus. Went surprisingly well. Maybe another short run later....or suck it up and go for an easy bike ride.
Weights plus rowing (30 minutes)
Fast 3.5 miles.
6.5 miles
1.5 mile walk with my wife, interrupted by a mile on the track midway through. Mile felt good at 8:40 pace and zero calf pain. Going to be careful with the calf thing, but happy to be tightness and pain free this morning.
4.5 and weights.
Did 6 miles. My coach not happy. Says I need more recovery time.
Screw that. Spent half year doing that.
