5.9 miles, most of it running
crunches + bridges
will walk a couple of miles later, but it's to/from a friend's xmas party, so I'm not sure that counts
Weights plus 4.3 mile walk
9 miles. Took a nasty fall: left knee, arm/hand and forehead complaining. smh
3.6 miles of coughing up phlegm. This cold has exacerbated my asthma.
Walked 5.5 miles with DH, then ran 3 min./.2 miles to loosen up the foot a bit, as my PT recommends. It's been 5.5+ months since I last ran.
AM 55 minute warmup, 2 times 15 seconds sprint, 45 min warmdown
PM Jog 40 minutes, walk 25 minutes
I'm officially recovered. Have taken it pretty easy past 12 days with 4 days off, and 40-60 minutes of running on the other days. I'll end the year with something like 2,970 running miles and some minimal cross training.
Did a short elliptical workout today. Back at 1hr plus for the most part starting tomorrow. And the first half the year is mapped out, second half on deck.

Took few days off for Achilles issue. Wanted to run more, but issue still kind of there and better to run some than none. Had to slow it down too🙁
