I did 12 over snow, hill, and dale yesterday (2X 200' hill climbs) with bout 3" of snow on the ground. But otherwise perfect weather (mid 20s, clear, no wind).
6 runs and 1 short elliptical workout for the week, did 48 miles. Going to up it over the next 3 months for volume phase 1 of 2018.
