Weights plus recumbent bike (45 minutes)

13 miles, longest run since September. I split it into two pieces – first eight outdoors with the temperature steadily dropping from rain to snow flurries. Then I came in and ate a power bar, drank water and hopped on the dreadmill for the last five. I wanted to test out my 'new' used treadmill. It seems fine, nothing special.
