Against the wind....
5 mile jog + 45 min spin class
rest
3 mile recovery run. To prove to my suspicious legs it was an easy run, I even stopped halfway to stretch for about 5 minutes. After the run, I did pushups, crunches, lunges, and assorted weights.
Weights plus 5.7 mile walk
1.98 mile run, 2:02 mile walk
10.5K crunching in a fresh 1/2" of snow.

New weight class.. blew hubby away...so I guess it was good.
