Weights plus recumbent bike (one hour)
9.4 miles. Was supposed to do 10, but I cut it short. These old legs are really, really tired and it's time I started to listen to what my body is telling me. I'm in the home stretch now, and won't lose conditioning by taking a few more days off. Like tomorrow. :)
