Weights plus recumbent bike (one hour)
Track workout today! I measured off an 800m straightaway on the nearby bike path here in HI. 1 mile warm-up, 8 x 800m intervals @5k pace with three minutes rest. Intervals 1,3,5,7 were into a strong headwind; 2,4,6,8 had a nice tailwind. Interesting workout.
