Recovery 5k. I didn't feel too bad. I keep forgetting to stop my watch.

12K. Kind of rescued a women who got pulled off her bike by her dog. She was okay, other than some minor scrapes, but rear brakes were jammed up, so I lifted the back of the bike while she steered walking about half a block to her house. Got her to bring me an hex key to fit the rear brakes. Also pumped up her tires. They were at 10lbs, when recommended was 40-65lbs. Beautiful Spring evening so didn't mind spending some more time outside.
