Weights plus rowing (10,000 meters)
I'm gonna run 5 miles later. I've been running about 5-10 miles a week for a long time, and I need to get back in shape.
Ran 4.2 this morning.
3 miles, then mowed the lawn.
3 mile jog-walk thing + 60 min spin
7 miles
Two mile jog, walk a lap, jog a mile.
No problems from yesterday's long run.
10K at dusk on a beautiful waterfront bay trail about an hour north of Toronto.
