Went for a 5k time trial.
Already dark, some wind, a little warm.

Shut it down after 2 miles.
7:38 and 7:23 for 15:01.
New SB by 25 seconds.
Fastest in more than 2 1/2 years.

And it wasn't that hard.
Progress is progressing.
