Weights plus rowing
I did 9.4, barely cracking 9 minute pace for the first mile but after that ran 7:45-50.
Heading to Hotlanta tomorrow for USATF 5K. Runnin' scairt! But for a 5K I think that goes with the territory.

evening -
warm up jog
bleacher repeats 8x=8:51
(fastest ever, though this is an elevation drill and not a
speed event, just 43 steps up and down each lap)
walk a lap
mile tempo run 1:53, 1:52, 1:47, 1:46, 3 = 7:20
(started out 2 laps decent effort, then 2 laps harder effort)
walk a lap, jog a mile.
Felt pretty strong, ready for saturday's race.
