Did 16 with the running club - an out and back starting at 8400' goes to 9200 before you turn around. Ran a fairly stiff 7:30 pace--got home ate some and crashed on the couch for 40 minutes and sort of slogged through the rest of the day.
Night, cool, pretty good conditions.
Long run day.
Warm up jog, 2 miles easy, walk a lap
2 miles easy, walk a lap, 1.5 miles easy, walk a lap.
Foot was hurting, no energy, tired from hard efforts last couple of days.
Shut it down.
Barely 20 miles for the week. But the pace is pretty fast.
