3.3 miles. Legs (especially quads) fried. Sunny, 35 degrees.
6K lunch walk delivering race route notices. 10.5K evening run.
45 minute easy pace run that didn't seem easy. 😒
Nailed my swim. Some of my fastest 50s in a very long time. Now I just need to string 80 together at that pace 😜
