Track workout today! I'm nearing the end of my T25 Insanity workouts, so my legs are very tired, so I focused on form.
Also, my asthma was much better today, so I was able to work in some 200s.
Jog 800m
20 mins dynamic warmups.
Intervals @85% top speed:
1 x 200m
3 x 100m
1 x 200m
5 minutes rest
3 x100m
1 x 200m
Jog 800m
4K warm up, 7x 300m hill, 5K cool down. 13K in total.
